What is your response to Berry's assertion?

    I believe that when there is time for self-reflection we can feel more spiritually connected to whichever belief we have. Looking at the sunset made me take a moment to appreciate my environment just a little more. Makes me think of the appreciation I have for myself and what I have accomplished in my day.

    In North America, up to 65% of food waste happens at the consumer level. Chef Steven Satterfield advocates for using every part of a vegetable. How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable (including the skins, tops, stalks, etc.) during your next meal prep?

    Making mashed potatoes inlacing the potato skins. It is yummy and adds more texture.
