    I can help others make the same switch by showing them how much paper is going to waste by not choosing to do a two sides printing paper. It can most certainly be encourages to companies world wide.

    I could find other ways to carry my groceries. But most importantly, I can always carry a reusable bag in my car, or purse wherever I go.

    What stand in my way of making this a habit is the need to carry it around. By knowing the difference I am making, it makes me feel good to know I'm being sustainable and encouraging those around me to do the same.

    Some barriers to using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water are promoting the pros of it more. I could make this a permanent habit by representing how much more we can save money wise and helping the planet.

    It motivates me to be more heathy and have a larger impact on the way the meat industry is functioning. Meaning I'm contributing to eating fruits more and limiting going out to buy meat.

    I find what works best for me is getting 8hrs of sleep each night more helpful. Sometimes I get 11 which then makes me too tired throughout the day.

    Yes I could, the easiest way would be the Sharky Shuttle to use as transportation to commute to school. I use it 5 times out of them week to stay sustainable.
