    My husband and I tried the Impossible burger on Saturday it was GREAT!  and no beef.

    The hardest part about this challenge is remembering NOT to leave my devices plugged in.  Put all your devices on a power cord and turn the power cord off at night.

    This is a really easy challenge to do that makes a big "little" difference.
