    As a type 1 diabetic I make it essential to stay away from sugary content. The sugar industry is more of a threat than the sharks in the ocean, so stay away and keep your distance.

    When I go out to eat at my school cafeteria instead of staying there and using there plastic utensils I come back and use my own.
