    Health Happiness
How does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?

    Remee Cacho 6/03/2019 11:09 AM
Practicing gratitude helps one stay centered and motivated to work for a better world because it is dedicating time, effort, and thought towards what one already has in life, rather than focusing on situations they do not have. I believe it also becomes a source of happiness because it helps one gain appreciation for their life.

This challenge is going better than expected!
  • Reflection Question
    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

    Remee Cacho 5/16/2019 10:06 AM
Knowing the difference I am making by switching to a reusable coffee mug is a great feeling. I think the obstacle I faced in choosing to do this was ultimately the convenience of being able to simply throw away a non-reusable mug.
  • Reflection Question
    Energy Switch to Cold Water
What do you plan to do with the money you save from making more energy efficient choices?

    Remee Cacho 5/16/2019 10:02 AM
I plan to use my money savings towards purchasing a nice reusable thermos!
