    I enjoy activities that can be shared with others like playing games, hiking, running, and weightlifting!

    Notice how much time you were spending checking email away from work and make note of that. Now that you have stepped away from it and have not been checking, what changes are you noticing in your thoughts, use of time, stress and energy levels?

    Since I've made a concious effort to not "work" away from work, I've noticed that I am more present when spending time with friends and family. I also feel I'm able to enjoy social situations much more without worrying about my next work-related task!

    Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also create echo chambers and take more time than we realize or intend to give. After completing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

    To try to limit my social media usage, I deleted some of the apps I found myself using the most often off my phone's home screen. I realized just how often I mindlessly will open an app without a reason to. I had no idea how much time I was wasting by doing this!

    I find that by taking a walk, I'm able to re-energize, de-stress a bit- effectively making me more effectively productive
