Reduce Single-Use Disposables

Historically, marginalized and low-income communities live closer to landfills, contributing to a multitude of health problems. I will find out how I can limit single-use items and do my best to limit the waste I generate.

Okeydokey...October is coming along! The hardest one for me is always walking, because some days I have appointments or equipment, but I do pretty well with walking overall. Today we pulled ivy! Yay!

I decided to buy some of my cultural foods at Uwajimaya today. It is all a compromise sometime. I try to avoid disposable containers most of the time, but sometimes you make a conflicted decision and here I am.
