Healthy Sleep

Effectively working for sustainability requires self care! I will commit to getting more minute(s) of sleep each night to achieve at least 7 hours per night.

Skip the Straw

Plastic bags and small plastic pieces like straws are most likely to get swept into our waterways. I will keep plastic straw(s) out of the landfill and ocean each day by refusing straws or using my own glass/metal straw.

    The past few days have been super erratic and severely impacted my sleep schedule which has been throwing me off a lot. Ive  started to try to conserve more water in addition to other goals.

    I've been using my water bottle consistently over a straw. Unfortunately I'm getting too much sleep with 10-11 hours a lot of the nights recently. I'm not sure if these are formed habits, change in time so it is dark earlier, mixed with just general depression. Either way its affecting my life too much because I'm too tired to perform basic self care and tasks. ūüėī¬†¬†

    Over the month period I have been using my water bottle instead of straws or plastic bottles

    Daylight savings has been a challenge . BUt recently I'm up before my alarm before I decide to go back asleep
