Straws are one of my go-to utensils when it comes to my everyday life. Straws just make drinking a lot easier and faster for me. Something I have done to eliminate plastic straws from my life is to use metal straws.

I do a lot of things that make me feel good in times where self care is needed. I draw, listen to music, take a nice shower, eat good food. Self care practices are endless.

My campus eco-challenge has been going great. It has been motivating me to be more conscious of my actions in my everyday life. I am slowly seeing certain challenges becoming my go-to reaction in my everyday life. These measures have created a whole new lifestyle for me.
