    Besides shorter showers I can wash my hands differently. Instead of running the water the whole time I can only run the water when I need to rinse my hands.

    I am a huge fan of sunsets! Every time I watch the sunset I am reminded of the goodness and majesty of God. I would agree with this statement because I think it is somewhat of a religious ritual to watch the sun rise or set, you are watching a day begin and end, the way God created it. I have watched the sunrise very few times, mainly because I either saw it as I drove to work, or because the view is not that great, unless you are in the mountains. However I have watched the sunrise once on the beach in Virginia and it was incredible!

    Today I really felt like using my hydro flask really made a difference. When I clicked that I completed the task and was reminded that I avoided sending plastic bottles to the land fill I felt like that could really have an impact if I continue to do that for a long tim.

    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

    Definitely not addicted to sugar but I would often find myself drinking 1-2 sodas a day, and I would like to minimize that to 1 at the most but ideally none for most days.

    My plan is to go to bed early enough to get at least 7 hours of sleep. I often find myself only getting around 6, and since I can not adjust my wake up time, I will do my best to adjust my bed time.

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    I usually drink 3 water bottles a day but have a hydro flask and just don’t use it. I have decided to only use my hydro and refill it when ever it runs out.
