    Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

    It helps me realize that there is more than just what I am stuck thinking about. Whether it is school or family or friends, being outside helps me relax and remind myself to not take things for granted.

    Practicing meditation allows me to be more present in the environment that I live in. If everyone practiced daily meditation we might see the way we interact with our environment change. People might be more likely to treat the earth with kindness if they practice meditation and mindfulness.

    I feel connected when I am with people who are kind and people who want to hear from everyone about things and are open to different views

    I like going for walks outside or just on the treadmill, any activity while I am moving my body and listening to music I am feeling joyful.
