    For myself I feel more energetic, and I crave less sugar and “unhealthy” foods when I eat more fruit and vegetables. It’s better the planet because it helps the environment by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, deforestation and soil degradation. For some people it may also reduce risk of some types of cancer, heart disease and diabetes.

    I’m not sure how it works in the building. My roomates and myself always turn off all electronics when we leave the apartment.  This way we’re saving energy. We also plug out all the chargers etc, so we don’t risk starting a fire.

    It’s defintely eye opening when you read about all the products and what they contain. I don’t think it was super hard since I already try to control my sugar intake, but it’s definitely hard since almost everything contains a little sugar.
