    I have tried to go to bed a little earlier if I know I have to get up early in the morning, and something that has helped me is reading before bed instead of being on my phone and I want to continue doing that!

      I agree!  Staying off your phone is super helpful for getting on a better sleep schedule!

    I have been going on walks with my family most days on the trail by our house, not only getting quality time but spending time outdoors and moving our bodies!
