    Being vegan makes my body feel less heavy and bloated as well as improving my mood. I also love drinking green juices because they are healthy and they taste great!

    I recently started getting rides from my coworkers after work. It is more convenient as well!

    I like using my hydroflask every day to carry around my water, rather than buying single-use plastic bottles.

    The US spends roughly 20% of its federal budget on defense. In contrast, 2% goes to education, 20% goes to social security and just 3% goes to transportation infrastructure. Do these numbers surprise you at all? Why or why not? How would you adjust them if you could?

    These numbers don't really surprise me because they are expected. We can visibly see the difference between what goes into our military vs public transit. I don't think it is fair to compare them though; they are two different departments

    I love to take walks because it helps me disconnect from all the stressful things going on in my life and it is also a nice opportunity to practice mindfulness.

    I think this is because the meat is more accessible to them so they don't even have to see where it comes from.

    Simplicity Limit Social Media
    Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also create echo chambers and take more time than we realize or intend to give. After completing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

    It was very difficult at first, however now I rely on social media to make money which is actually helpful. If I am not working on social media campaigns or projects, I just do not use it at all.
