I realized today during our class that exercising and doing a joyful movement really brings me to the present. This helps me a lot with the stresses of everyday life.

I feel the same way, Christopher. I often forget about the stresses of life and school while I am working out. Also, if I feel stressed, I think that working out helps me be more productive and focused afterwards.

Great 60 minutes of exercise today. Weather was nice outside so got to go for a run to the Washington monuments!

Running by the monuments never gets old. Always makes the workout much more bearable. Hopefully with better upcoming weather I can do that more frequently

The daily action of exercising everyday has not only kept me helped me keep track of my ecochallenge, but it also helps me keep track of my fitness! I found I have been much healthier since I started tracking my workouts.

Using a resusable water bottle has really helped me reduce my waste over the last month. Not only has it saved me plastic, but I also save money as I do not have to keep buying plastic water bottles!

I agree! I recently have been using a reusable water bottle and it has brought on great benefits. Everyone should try and do this.

My campus ecochallenge has been going awesome so far. My favorite action I took so far was when I "explored my area" my taking a hike in Jackson Hole. I was able to see some really cool views of the Teton mountains and had a really good time on the hike. Taking a hike in the mountains like that was really refreshing compared to life in Washington, DC.
