    Waste Use a Reusable Mug
Maybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?

The challenge of not using a reusable cup is that you have to make your coffee at home most of the time and that's not nearly as social of an experience as going to starbucks with friends. To that end, many specialty and espresso drinks are a pain to make at home so those who prefer those types of beverages may be more inclined to go to a coffee shop with disposable cups. However, I think with enough experimentation it's easy and fun to find a coffee blend that works for you, and using reusable k-cups can help reduce the amount of waste you generate, especially if you don't use filters

This is a pretty good habit to be in in my opinion. I was taught to brush my teeth this way at a young age and I fail to see the downside
