    they all intersect because when you take care of one thing you take care of another; they all kind of link to each other. any help can serve as help for all :) like when you help the earth, the earth will become better for the people around you thus you will live a happier life

    It makes me feel more productive and proactive in the day especially when I take a walk in the morning I feel healthier. It made me do more work and take time for myself.

    When exercising you can go out with your friends and exercise in the park, maybe starting "classes" with random people + friends. Going hiking is fun with friends or maybe going to a lake to go swimming. Going on bike rides on trails and more things like that.

    to be honest, I realized that being on screen the whole day makes me feel lethargic and unmotivated. after taking time for myself + being off my phone, there's a lot of things that I can do. I feel like I have more time in the day to do something fun and interactive.

    the earth is literally so beautiful and there’s a lot of things that I want other people to experience. if we continue hurting the earth by not taking care of it, then what will the earth become? will it still be beautiful or will it gradually destroy itself because of how we affect it with non natural objects.... i just want to help the earth become better so everyone can enjoy it since has done a lot of things for us :)

    I actually planted my plants in disposable plastic cups because I felt like they were a waste if I through them away because we ordered take out from a local restaurant. They gave us bubble tea so I used the cups to grow mung beans so my family can cook them later on.

    I sleep at random times since I had COVID-19, I don't really have a sleep schedule. I want to start having a schedule to ensure that my body is doing healthy again. I also want to sleep at longer periods of time and not be disrupted. I did some research and tried this a couple times, reading before I sleep makes me fall asleep or doing things through the day deplete your energy like working out and taking walks outside on that afternoon. Not eating sugar before you go to sleep works too. Putting on warm socks and wrapping yourself in a blanket makes your body heat go up which makes you fall asleep faster.

     To have a balanced life ensures that you understand where you know when to stop and keep improving. With work and life, you will learn how to separate these two and know the times where you need both of those skills combined. It helps promote a healthier lifestyle for you and the earth. If you can balance yourself then you are helping the earth at the same time. It helps contributes to sustainability because if you're starting from the source it will help reduce other problems in the future especially since your lifestyle is affected many individuals can see what you're doing and improve on themselves too.

    How do you practice self care?

    I practice self care on how I feel emotionally and physically. Treat your body like how you would treat you bestfriend, I would do everything I could to support it. I do things to make me and my body healthier not what society's standards dictate my body. I do research on what my body needs and I try to base my diet and lifestyle on that to keep my life flowing. I do things little by little to develop a good habit.

    When walking, I get to notice every single detail and the beauty of the world. It ignites some sort of emotion in me because I get to reminisce about my childhood memories I had in my neighborhood. It's also fun when you're with someone because you get to interact with the person more than when you're both in the car. Plus, you can go anywhere without wasting gas and have more bonding time with each other because it's not limited. Walking around just hit different because there's a lot of sensational feelings like the temperature, weather, sounds, view, smell of food/flowers/smoke, sometimes taste if you're eating something and the touch of the wind or leaves.
