I have been trying to include my family into my exercise routine by going with them on walks as well as runs.

How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle?

I think another way that I could include another R into my lifestyle would be to use fewer paper towels when drying my hands in the bathroom and use the hand dryers instead.

This is a great idea!!  Hand dryers are definitely increasing in popularity and I see them a lot at St. thomas which is a great step for sustainability!
