    I worked from home today so I was able to save gas and reduced the use of driving.

    I  worked out in the morning and did some cardio and light lifting. In the evening I will be going to my Jiu Jiutsu class (drills and sparring).

    Worked out in the morning for about 30 minutes. In the afternoon from 4 to 5:00 pm I did some mitt work and cardio. Great session

    Worked out in the morning, cardio and weights. Also I was able to work for 80 minutes along with stretching.

    took a cold shower in the morning after working out in less than 4 minutes. Felt good and I was ready to work from home.
