    I am thankful that I was able to participate in this challenge. I wish everyone well and hope that we can all continue to do our best to save our planet.

    I hope that we can continue to help the environment after this month is over. The effect we are having on the environment is amazing, I wish everyone could understand that we need to make changes in order to see change.

      I agree. This was a lot more interesting and fun than I thought it was going to be. I really like how the page shows you the direct impacts you are making by each thing you choose to complete.

    I always power off my work computer before I leave however I usually leave my home computer on. I am not sure why, but I have started turning it off every night before I go to bed.

    If I am hot I leave my fan on and if I am cold I will add more blankets. It has to be really cold or hot for me to turn on my air conditioner.

    I have been unplugging all electronics before I leave for work and only plug them in when I need to use them.

    I have started going to bed an hour before I usually did before. I have found using a sleep app helps me to sleep better. I listen to sounds of thunder and rain until I wake up in the morning.

    Expressing gratitude is a common curtesy when someone has done something for you. Words matter and can make someone's day better.

    During my lunch break I like to walk around the block near my job because I sit most of the day.

    I can suggest working out to my friends to make it a group activity. I can also include my family as well.
