    ask yourself about the value that the particular "thing" brings to your life - is it necessary, needed versus wanted, and think about what happens to it when you tire of it ... where does all the "stuff" end up?!

    Much more time for effective and purposeful contemplation of our surroundings ... and the fresh air is good for us!
