Hi, hows it going? Have a nice day
  • Reflection Question
Water Say No to Plastic Straws
What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

Tinfoil and Seran wrap? Those are nice, but maybe only use tinfoil, maybe its better for the earth, who knows.
  • Reflection Question
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

When buying drinks, keep the bottle ( if its plastic ) and use it for other things, like drinking in it again, for art projects, ect. We can do this by keeping a large collection of "not reusable water bottles" in our houses.
  • Reflection Question
    Transportation Walk Instead
Half of all trips made in the US are three miles or less; 72% of them are driven. Does this statistic describe your own transportation habits? If so, how might you incorporate more muscle-powered transportation in your daily life?

I don't think so, we don't drive around often, there is no where I can't go via foot. The only place we've been going in the car, would be prospect park.
  • Reflection Question
    Health Healthy Sleep
Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?

I get about 9 hours of sleep, I would like to get better at falling asleep and waking up at almost the same time every day. I just tend to enjoy myself, sleeping is nice.

  • Reflection Question
    Transportation Conduct Virtual Meetings
How can you ensure that your virtual meetings honor your values and your company's culture?

    Ellie Sherman 3/03/2021 6:20 AM
Well for me, half of my meetings for school are online and for my father almost all his meetings are online. For me we have meetings talking as if we are in school, and for my father he talks normally aside from the conversations about what goes on around them.
  • Reflection Question
    Energy Turn it off
How is electricity generated where you live? How does it impact the environment, animals, and humans?

I am not exactly sure how energy is generated but it doesn't seem to effect how people live, in the area I live in electricity doesn't effect daily life besides when using technology.
