    Water keeps me hydrated throughout the day allowing me to properly engage in physical activity and in general keeps the headaches away.

    While it certainly is calming and takes your mind off of what you are doing, I don't think that it is that deep.

    I would rather use this money on simple things like rental expenses or even my student loans.
