    Start thinking more about how I can help the environment rather than what is convenient for me (ie: refusing a straw rather than just taking it when offered)

    We use electricity for almost everything. This wastes resource and adds to the negative effect humans have on the environment.

    You can feed more people with plants than with meat, so eating plant based meals is both more eco friendly and more cost efficient.
