    I haven't been able to get enough sleep for a while. Recently I try to go to bed earlier and wake up earlier, and I feel more energetic! This sleeping schedule is way more sustainable and allows me to get more work done. As we are approaching the midterms, please remember to take care of yourself!

    Did you know how much happier you would become if you reflect on your happy moments more? I started to share more of my positive experiences with my friends and to watch for how much I complain. Life is actually a whole a lot better than what we tend to think :)

    I tried out a full vegan meal today at lunch. This has changed my perspective on the amount of variety of dishes without animal products available.
