I am feeling really excited about the tasks I selected, I think that the 15 minutes of meditation will help give me a much needed down time going into finals season.     Overall this challenge went very well for me. I am happy to say that I will be continuing this even after the class ends. It was a good way for me to clear my mind as well as calm down!

    To reflect on my challenge I am content with what I was able to accomplish. Over the couple of weeks I exponentially cut down on my water usage by cutting down on the time that I shower daily.
