    After a week of walking to and from campus, I feel more relaxed even though my week is very stressful with tests and studying. I think it's good to go for a walk each day to get fresh air and a little of exercise.

    Brushing without water is a very simple task to do.  It is pretty unnecessary to have the water running constantly, so it has been easy to conserve water by just turning it off while brushing my teeth.

    I got a smoothie today without the straw that they normally give you. The lady looked kind of shocked when I passed it up. It was kind of hard to drink but worth the sea animal I saved and/or the straw sitting and waiting to decompose for hundreds of years.

    I was stopping for a gallon of milk and a dozen eggs so I carried them home in my hands instead of getting a bag. It was very easy and one less plastic bag going to waste.

    Instead of ordering drinks with plastic containers, I could bring my own reusable cup. Also, at the grocery store, instead of getting plastic bags for everything, I can bring reusable bags with me. This will illuminate the amount of plastic I am receiving.
