    I think hiking is a great way to spend time with friends, in nature, while exercising. I wish I had more time to hike, but school and work get in the way. My friend and I are also  challenging each other to different Kpop dances, fun and healthy!

    Dancing! I love doing Kpop dances, and they are a great way to have fun while exercising almost every muscle in your body!

    I never use a bag when I am only purchasing a few items, and if I go shopping with someone who has a car, I try to never use bags for any larger items.  I do have some cloth bags that I can put in my backpack or in my friend's car to have handy on shopping excursions.

    It makes my body feel better. I don't feel as lethargic as I usually do. It also reduces my meat consumption and the use of plastics by not having to use packaging. Eating less meat and using less plastic reduces methane emissions and produces less waste. This is one way that I can help the fight against climate change.

    With the options that I selected for the eco-challenge daily walk, I can explore and have personal experiences out in nature while also using it for mental health.     I live in Alaska, so any food in the winter would be pretty hard to access. Fresh fruits and veggies would be almost impossible to come by, and even meat would be hard to save.
