    Practicing gratitude helped me be a more positive person. I was able to see more of the positive side of the world than the negative. I believe by doing this it helps be centered for yourself and motivated to keep staying positive.

    I could make this a permanent habbit by always choosing to refill my refillable water bottle, instead of getting a plastic one everytime. Plastic never breaks down and that is why it is important to recycle them.

    Everything is recycalble in our area besides cardboard. The most difficut thing to me is finding a recycling bin.
