    my thoughts on this is that if you eat right and put good things into your body then it won't be necessary to have a million doctors appointments and waste money if you can prevent it

    one thing I can do to help my community to be sustainable is to recycle and to pull out invasive species

    By shopping at thrift stores, and/or revamping your own clothes, recycled fabrics or thrifted clothing.

    The eco challenge is going great. I am being more careful of what I do and really taking it into account like turning of the lights and watching what I eat.

    I left 2 big boxes of stuff for my parents to sell at their next garage sale and they finally had it about a week ago. you get to meet more people in your community and people can buy second hand items at a low price and give it a new meaning. I've also donated some clothes while I've been here.

    I care about all ecological problems but I think I'm called to work on ecological problems in the ocean more. why I am majoring in marine biology.
