    In my region, I do not believe that we can sustain our water resources as it is in very high demands at all time. So if our reservoir runs low, then we would have to pump even more water from underground. People just need to lessen their water usage.

    Some foods I want to preserve and enjoy is pickling vegetables like carrots and cucumber. I also want to try it with fruits, such as strawberries, grapes, and peaches. I am able to enjoy food and help our environment, so I plan to continue preserving food.

    This past week, I went on a run in my neighborhood and it was very calming and peaceful. I enjoyed being surrounded by nature and I was active. Running outdoors was therapeutic for me.

    No, it does not surprise me that the average family of four spends 1.5k on food that they throw out because of reasons including expiration dates, rot, and other significant problem that might have cause the food to get thrown out. Instead of over buying certain food items that cannot be consumed in that amount of time, we should put that money...

    Before I started this challenge, I didn't think twice about eating a sugary food. After paying attention to what I am eating more, I have reduced my intake, and hopefully plan to stop my intake of sugar little to nothing.
