The barriers for breaking the habit is convenience. It is more convenient to buy a plastic bottle from anywhere than carry one all day long and having to refill it. Perhaps to make it permanent, you could latch the reusable onto your backpack so it is not an inconvenience.

I am trying to refuse more plastic and paper packaging by buying in bulk, repurposing old clothes and other items, and refusing plastic at restaurants. It's hard though with the pressure!

I love bringing my friends with me to our school gym, and we lift weights outside the gym while watching the ocean/sunset!
