    A breath of fresh air clears my mind and allows me to put all my issues behind me for a few minutes to a few hours. I feel that my brain functions quicker and more efficiently when it can be free from stress from at least an hour. I try my hardest to go outdoors every day to give my brain some time off.

    Balance is sustainability. If we take much more than we put back or more than can be made, there is no balance, there is no sustainability. Humans can weave themselves into an ecosystem without completely destroying it, by being sustainable and maintaining balance between give and take.
