April 21 at 8:59 PMEspecially being a different and new environment compared to my hometown, seeing the different scenery and getting my face out of phone I think is great for mental health. Fresh air and natural light is I think essential for human health that is able to provide clean and fresh oxygen straight to the brain.

If you know a well-developed area, I'm sure there are plenty of activities to do as well routes that you can even take to get from one place to another. Sometimes it may be a longer route, but it gets your steps in and get walking for the day. I love...

April 21 at 8:49 PMI try to make a quick easy routine that I enjoy every morning and night. It includes washing my face, brushing my teeth, and putting on my night time or morning lotion. On top of that, I try to stay active and get myself to the gym to make sure my body is able to stay healthy and also look healthy.

April 21 at 6:36 PMI switched 4 lightbulbs in my house last week, and it feels great! I want to reduce my carbon emissions by hopefully getting a new fridge considering this one is quite old and not very energy efficient
