    Clean eating is gradually reshaping my body. Beginning to feel much better!

    I have noticed how often bags are used where I can't even say no- ie - take out/delivery! I also need to do better to make sure I bring my reuseable bags INTO the store and ENOUGH of them. I have purchased silicone  ziploc bags to reduce my use of disposable bags at home.

    I am starting to see the results from writing down three things that I am grateful and thankful for. Thankfulness is the cure to jealously, envy, feelings of unworthiness, and self-doubt. This is a very sustainable path and habit towards contentment.

    Exercising daily has completely changed my energy levels as well as my mood swings. Feeling much healthier and confident!

    Daily meditation has helped me to clear my mind and prepare for my day. Highly recommend for those aiming to lower their stress levels and get a more firm grip and control over their day.
