    I went for a walk through the woods on our trails and experienced the crisp autumn air coupled with the crunching of the fallen leaves. It was sunny so I felt some warmth but the wind kept my skin covered in goosebumps.

    This is definitely true for me. I used to think just standing up and walking around inside was a good study break but I feel more refreshed after walking outside for a few minutes instead.

    I wish I knew this area better. I don't always have time to explore and see the woods nearby and I'm not the first person to notice new places. I'd like to get better at that.
