    It is so encouraging to read through these daily challenges and realize how many of these are already part of my daily life! It can also feel discouraging that some of the bigger ones are much harder to achieve.

    I have been doing my challenges everyday but not sure how to log them. Anyway, I have been mediating everyday for a long time and really see the benefits.     Listening to music or podcasts while I run is very enjoyable to me. I also have really liked being able to run outside.

    I really enjoy stretching after my workout or run and just allow my mind to relax and focus on breath, stretching and being at peace
