Listening to music or podcasts while I run is very enjoyable to me. I also have really liked being able to run outside. 

I really enjoy stretching after my workout or run and just allow my mind to relax and focus on breath, stretching and being at peace

Challenge is going well. I have been taking runs and walks; alternating days. 

I would like to invest more time in reflecting on my daily "small successes." I think we all start to look over of little things throughout our days (like making it to the gym that day or striking up an uncomfortable conversation or completing an assignment), which are actually tiny success that I personally shouldn't look over so...
