    My challenge is going pretty well, last week was hard because I was sick so exercising everyday didn't happen. I still had my vegan meal once a day and two vegetarian meals everyday but I forgot to mark them as complete :(

    To start advocating for meatless options, I am going to start by bringing veggie burgers for everyone to try at my next work meeting (October  29th). If i can get people to realize there are many meatless options that can satisfy your meat cravings it might influence a few people to start thinking about how they can cut down in their meat...

    Normally if I don't have my bags with me, I will use a plastic bag and then save them to use for random needs around the house. I will also try to carry it out by hand if I don't have that many items. Something that I could do would be to keep a few reusable bags in my car.

    I can reduce the amount of things I purchase that are not necessary. I can also more often go through the clothes I own and decide what I don't wear anymore to donate. By doing this, I will be able to live a more organized, minimal lifestyle.

    There are no barriers to using my reusable water bottle. It is already permanent with the exception I am at an event where carry-ins aren't allowed.

    At the college I went to before transferring to UWL, they charged 5 cents per page printed just like they do at La Crosse. However, if you printed 2 pages double sided, it only cost 8 cents, saving you 2 cents. This obviously is a very small value but it definitely made a difference because people almost always took the extra step to print...
