    So far my campus eco-challenge has been going well, I have been starting to see how the impact of me participating in some of the challenges I chose has benefitted me, in terms of saving money on electricity bills and also the environmental impact it has.

    My campus eco challenge is going great so far! I really enjoy nature and providing for/protecting our environment and surrounding, so I feel like the eco challenge is a great activity for me.

    I really like the eco challenge. But I just realized that some days when I check off my completed challenges I wasn’t actually signed in🤭😟

    Everything but the bread was grown or raised by us. Fresh pesto, fresh mayo, bacon, kale, tomato, and an egg. A new take on the  BLT.  If you haven’t tried it you need to, the pesto is a game changer. K Heiser

    Shutting the water off when brushing your teeth. Using minimal amounts of water to clean things or substituting cleaning materials.

    Lately, I have been going to bed early and getting 8 hours of sleep. This has changed me a lot. I feel refreshed throughout the day, I feel calm and In a better mood. Getting enough sleep Impacts you a lot!
