    "Exposure to hazardous substances in the air, water, soil, and food. Natural and technological disasters." In Delaware big manufacturing companies like DuPont water contaminated the water which is detrimental to overall health.

    Fruit and veggies help people on a health level because they contain vitamins and other nutrients that junk food doesn't offer. those things can help with overall health, skin, mood and so much more. When people feel better they are probably more motivated to spread kindness.

    Sometimes it can be hard to remember to be grateful and to live in the moment. But sometimes a heartfelt thank you note or something like that can really make someone's day. And I know I always feel better when I help people so acknowledging people doing the same is kind.

    You can always redesign your old clothing. If you already have shirts and sweaters that you don't really like anymore you can tie-dye them or crop them. The possibilities are endless.

    Go on a hike with friends, or workout with friends.

    I noticed that having a routine before bed helps to get my body used to sleep at one time. At first, I used melatonin to use to get used to going to sleep earlier but now I am pretty much used to it. I used to get 5-6 hours of sleep a night and now I am getting 7-8 hours and I am aiming for 8-9.
