    How does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?

    Practicing gratitude helps keep me centered by having me focus on the good in my life instead of the bad. Gratitude journaling helps me push away my negative emotions and helps me focus one the positive ones. It's so easy to spiral in negativity but taking time to ask myself what i'm really grateful for stops that spiral and helps brighten my day!
