Ashlynn Martorello 4/15/2024 10:32 PMSimilarly, I would try to keep myself cool and collected is to listen to music that has calm music or songs that show a simple, positive message. I feel that doing those things does help keep a steady mind and it also helps me think more efficiently on the problems I encounter so I can better understand on what I need to do overall.
