    It was easier for me to find something to replace my screen time with today. I spent time outside, cleaning up the garden by the Fine Arts Center with the Environmental Club. I talked with people while doing it too. Usually, I like to read my book to replace screen time.

    I can take in nature and appreciate the noises of nature more than if I were in my car.
