REFLECTION QUESTIONNatureHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?
Kira Agne 4/21/2025 9:29 AMI am in New Orleans right now, and I decided to go on a long walk to get coffee today, instead of driving. When I'm in a new city, I love to walk around so I am able to see as much of the city as possible. During my walk this morning, I took in the warm weather and noticed the nature around me that is so different from what I'm used to. It was a wonderful way to start my morning! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Kira Agne 4/13/2025 8:30 PMAs the weather has gotten warmer, I have really taken the time to appreciate being outside. I ask a friend almost every day to go on a walk with me and enjoy fresh, spring air. I never regret taking this time out of my day, and I even look forward to it.-
Hayden Freeman 4/20/2025 10:05 PMLove this! I realized that my phone was taking up way more time than it needed to—it was keeping me from doing simple things like laying outside and enjoying the day, instead of being stuck scrolling. So, I deleted all forms of social media and I’m excited to prioritize spending time outside and making space for it in my daily routine. -
