Participant Feed

Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health Healthy Sleep
Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?

    Peter Aguilera's avatar
    Peter Aguilera 11/16/2023 4:40 PM
As of right now, I get around a median of 7 hours of sleep. I think I could get a little bit of extra sleep to boost my body in the morning, but I think the amount of sleep I get to be substantial enough to help me stay active during the day.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food Choose Organic Ingredients
Many people say that “you can’t feed the world with just organic food.” How would you respond to that statement?

    Peter Aguilera's avatar
    Peter Aguilera 11/16/2023 4:36 PM
While it may not be possible to feed the world with just organic food at the moment, it is a goal that must be actively worked towards if we still want to have a world we can feed.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Energy Heat and Cool Naturally
What are other ways you could use the power of the sun to reduce your own environmental footprint?

    Peter Aguilera's avatar
    Peter Aguilera 11/16/2023 4:34 PM
Use the sun to light up my house instead of using electricity.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Energy Turn it off
How is electricity generated where you live? How does it impact the environment, animals, and humans?

    Peter Aguilera's avatar
    Peter Aguilera 11/16/2023 4:33 PM
The majority of my electricity comes from imported fossil fuels, mostly oil and coal. This is harmful to the environment, animals, and humans, and should be reduced and replaced with other forms of energy as soon as possible.
