REFLECTION QUESTIONWaterWhat would a sustainable water future in your region look like? What needs to change?
Emelia Alders 4/06/2025 7:55 PMI would only use water when necessary for example flushing only after going to the bathroom taking quick showers and washing dishes only with the dishwasher to conserve water. I need to work on taking shorter showers -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthHow do you practice self care?
Emelia Alders 4/01/2025 7:01 AMI set aside time for myself during the week to do things I enjoy and take a break from my daily responsibilities. I also do face and hair masks on the weekend to pamper myself. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWasteWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Emelia Alders 4/01/2025 6:50 AMUsing just reusable water bottles and tap water can be an issue as you don't always have access to one which can lead to you not getting enough water for the day. Also, some people don't have access to clean tap water which makes it impossible for them not to use disposable water bottles a way you can make this a permanent habit is to make sure you have plenty of reusable water bottles in your house and make a habit of bringing a full one with you whenever you go out of the house -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Emelia Alders 4/01/2025 6:41 AMI took a walk on a trail near my dorm that had a lot of incredible scenery
