So each day I change what meal I can't have meat, whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I'm working hard to find alternatives and to try new foods that I haven't before! What I think others would find interesting about my experience it's hard to find alternatives, after your used to this lifestyle. Despite this, there any plenty of alternatives that are good ranging from spinach and artichoke pasta, grilled cauliflower, and rice.
