    Taking a walk everyday has definitely improved my overall mental health even if it's just a small walk from the dorms to class. When I'm stressed or overwhelmed taking a small walk allows me to take time to myself to think and reset.

      Taking a walk has been something that I enjoy doing when I'm stressed or have something in my mind. It helps me relax and be calm.
