Ava Bendtschneider 4/17/2025 12:01 PMFor my eco challenge, I did meditate for at least 10 minutes a day. So far, I have been able to do my challenge every day. I decided to do it before bed as a wind down period rather than being on my phone. It was hard to break the habit at first but now it is getting easier.
