    What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    I regularly use plastic water bottles every time I need to hydrate. I could substitute this with a reusable water bottle.

    I do not know what the water source in my region is, however I could find out by reaching out to the people who I actually pay the water bill to.
